He is survived by: his children, Mark Evans of Wilkinson, WV, Lori Hartman (Fred) of Godby Heights and Tony Evans (Stacy) of Hidden Valley, WV; his grandchildren, Chad Evans of Westmoreland, WV, Cheyenne Evans of Hidden Valley, WV, Kristy Hartman of Omar, WV and Freddy Hartman, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Brayden Evans, Chloe Nelson, Tolson Batten and Kendrick Gaitor; his pet Bo-Bo; and his caregivers, Blanche and Louise.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Monahill Memorial Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
