She is survived by: her husband Norman "Junie" Wade; her children, Norman "Chub" Wade of Wileyville, Donna Weekley of Paden City, WV and Trina Shuman (Mark) of Wileyville, WV; and her siblings, David Price of Pine Grove, WV, Beth Ann Wade (Gary) of Pine Grove, WV and Sheryl Greathouse (John) of Pine Grove, WV. She is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
