He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Joseph Tate and Elizabeth Jane Owings Tate. He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Moore of Littleton; and his nieces and nephews, Sara Hawkins, Robin Norris, Matt Norris, Angela Manuel and Fred Manuel, Jr.. He is also survived by fourteen great-nieces and nephews.
