Charles Francis Dulaney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Francis Dulaney of Wileyville, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddy C. Dulaney and Tish G. Dulaney (Scyoc); and his sisters, Leona Cook and Rosalie Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Judith Dulaney (Nixon); his children, Chuck Dulaney (April) of Bridgeport, WV and Tina Byard of Fairmont, WV; his grandchildren, Kamden Dulaney and Karma Absher (Lyndon); and his brother James Carl Dulaney (Linda) of Parkersburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (226 State Hwy 20, Pine Grove, WV 26419). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
