He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Gasparik (Schultz) of Wiley Ford; his daughter Nicole Gasparik; his son-in-law Scott Cotterel of San Jose, California; his granddaughter Alexandria "Lexie" Cotterel of San Jose, California; his brother Carl Gasparik of East Quogue; his mother-in-law Karyn Schultz of Fort Collins, Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Andy Keppley, Colleen Keppley of Wernersville, Pennsylvania, Derek Schultz and Mary Schultz of Wellington, Colorado.; his nieces and nephews, Isaac Schultz, Nate Schultz, Katie May Schultz, Anna Grace Schultz, Davis Keppley, Tyler Keppley and Jaden Keppley; and his pets, Captain, Sophie, Hannah and Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA or to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
