We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to William Stuart Oliver of Wilcoe, West Virginia, born in Thorpe, West Virginia. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Joseph Oliver and Sue Moore Oliver; his stepfather Nathan Hess; his wife Gladys Grant Oliver; and his siblings, Claude Oliver, Glen Oliver, Opal "Dot" Oliver Wyatt and Nathan "Toder" Hess.

He is survived by : his son William "Bill" Oliver; and his siblings, Margaret "Lady" Hess McKinnon, Mary "Bunny" Hess Harris and Thomas "Curley" Hess.
