We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2022, at the age of 83, Dolly Loye Blankenship Fine of Wilcoe, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Blankenship and Effie Jenkins Blankenship; her husband James Edward Fine; her daughter Janet Lynne Fine; her sister Betty Clark; and her siblings-in-law, Johnny Fine, Worth Fine, Jimmy Edwards, Wes Clark, Sharon Blankenship and Hazel Overby.

She is survived by : her children, James Edward Fine, Jr. and Lisa Wynne Fine of Clayton; and her siblings, Peggy Edwards of Virginia, Chee Blankenship (Gail) of Virginia and Hassel Blankenship of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
