With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Catherine Withrow of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, born in Ronceverte, West Virginia, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Ray Winals and Rebecca Ann Duncan Wood; her stepfather Thomas Duncan; her daughter Fannie Ferrell; her sisters, Lila Noreen Carlson and Teresa Kincannon; and her nephew Jefferson Lorenzo Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel "Danny" Withrow; her children, Cheryl Ferrell (Josh), Shelbi Bryant Withrow (J. R. Bryant), Chuck Ferrell (Cora), Derrick Ferrell, Austin Withrow (Sam) and Todd Withrow (Rachael); her grandchildren, Aliester Ferrell, Scarlett Ferrell, Rylee Bryant-Withrow, Kylee Bryant-Withrow, Mathew Bryant-Withrow and Paisley Cornell; her sisters, Grace Harris (John) and Sara Duncan (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Emily Harris, Alexis Mayle, Chrystal Walters, Kenny Williams, Jr., Issac Ray Mayle, Eli Duncan and Caleb Walters; and her aunt Charlotte "Louise" King.
