He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cynthia Alderman Kelly and John Joseph Kelly; his wife Emerald "Emmie" Campbell; his sister Sharon Crance (Jeff) of Covington, VA.; his niece Lindsay Crance (Chance Raso); his nephew Ryan Crance; and his aunts, Melissa "Liz" Brock and Wilma Kelly.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Sulphur Springs Chapel (175 Mountain Ave, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wallace &wallace Funeral Chapel (175 Mountain Ave, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Mapledale Cemetery (202 Ofarrell Rd, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986).
