She is survived by: her children, Debra Rider Winkler, Justin and Nathan Winkler; her sisters, Jo Anna Cooke (Julian) of Callahan, VA. and Charlotte Wilkerson of Kentucky; and her brother-in-law William P. Vail. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
