He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Alvin Bland and Bessie Morris Bland; and his sons, Jeffery Lee Bland, Douglas Wayne Bland and Ronnie Carey.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wickline Bland; his children, Stephen Bland (Diane) of Sinks Grove, WV and Lynne Bland of Virginia Beach, VA.; his sister-in-law Carol Wickline Baker (Perry) of Martinsburg, WV; his granddaughters, Sandi Goan (Kra) of Florence, SC and Autumn Bland of Gap Mills, WV; his daughter-in-law Collette Bland of Gap Mills, WV; his grandson Darin Dowdy (Amanda) of Rougmont, NC.; his great grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth, Levi and Samuel; his cousins, Samantha, Marvin Hylton, Joan Brown, Butch Bland, Vicki, Jeff, Dreama and Cathy; his children, Debbie Carey and Matthew Tuckwiller; his grandchildren, John and Jamie; his close friends, Lewis, Sue Hanna Kirby, Cindy, Franklin Boggs, Carolyn Ware (Christopher), Merri Bryant and Rachel Wykle; his friend Freddie Trevail; and also, Lucas, Hanna Kirby and Greg Scott.
