He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl and Nancy Victoria Crawford Gallagher; his wife Linda Gallagher; his siblings, Bob, Richard Gallagher, Dixie Peake, Mary Batten and Patty Hamrick; and his sister-in-law Janet Gallagher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Brown (Greg) of Williamsburg, WV and Michelle Tincher (Paul) of Fairlea, WV; his brother Joe Gallagher of Linden, NC; his grandchildren, Alexis, Brittany, Nolin, Hanna and Lilly; and his great grandchildren, Daimon, Jacksen, Stratton and Oaklynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
