He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Godfrey and Annie Robinson Godfrey; his siblings, Norman Robinson, Roy Robinson, Steward Frank Godfrey and Barbara Kemp; and his nephew Hershall E. Godfrey.
He is survived by: his daughter Chasity Crawford; his grandchild Anayiah; his children, Jasmine Sowell of Richmond, VA. and Isiah Godfrey; his significant other Susan Burns; his siblings, Odessa Finney-Godfrey (Jerome), Gilley Godfrey, Tim Godfrey (Stephanie) and Donald Tucker; his close friend Vic McIntyre; his nephews, Rahzel Godfrey and Dominique Godfrey; his great-nieces, Winter Godfrey and Kylee Godfrey; and his great-nephew Braylen Godfrey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rhema Christian Center (3584 Davis Stuart Rd, Lewisburg, WV 24901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
