He was predeceased by: his father Tony Wayne Richmond. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Richmond Black; his children, Christopher Richmond (Shannon) of Covington, VA, Anthony Richmond (Samantha) of Winnabo, NC and Amie Richmond of Ronceverte; and his siblings, Teresa Parker (Eddie), Jerry Richmond of Sweet Springs, WV, Ricky Richmond and Scott Richmond (Christi). He is also survived by five grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
