He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clendenin and Winona Herkert Clendenin; his wife Darles Sparks Clendenin; his grandson Joshua Clendenin; his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Linda Clendenin; his brothers, Gary Clendenin and Allen Clendenin; and his brothers-in-law, Franky and Donny.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Leo Clendenin, Jr. (Becky) and James Riley Clendenin (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Cody Clendenin (Courtney), Jessie Toothman (Brian), Jonas Clendenin (Lauren), Jake Clendenin (Autumn) and Luke Clendenin (Jasmine); his great grandchildren, Matthew McMillion, Caitlyn McMillion, Caden Toothman, Emily Clendenin, Stella Clendenin, Tripp Clendenin, Georgia Clendenin, Scarlett Clendenin, Casen Clendenin, Caleb and Corbin Clendenin; his stepgrandson Joey; and his siblings, Sissy (Hunter), Roger (Joyce), Sue, Jenny and Billy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
