With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carroll H. Mann of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Mann and Edith Mann of Gap Mills, WV; his brother Ferrell Mann of Covington, VA; and his son Darrell Hinkle of Ronceverte, WV. He is survived by: his children, Lula Dawn Mann-Martin (Matt) of Organ Cave, WV, Tina Mann Collins (Terry) of Shinnston, WV, Sharon Campbell (Grover) of Union, WV and Richard Mann of Roanoke, VA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren along with five nieces and nephews.
