He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jeffrey Wyatt of Shady Spring, Randall McKinney Jr. (Brandy) of Beaver, Aaron Paul McKinney of Charleston, Tabetha Fitzwater of Sophia, Sean Lawrence McKinney (Ashley) of Beckley, Nick Wickline of Shady Spring, Lauren McKinney of North Carolina, Shasta McKinney (Chase Davis) of North Carolina, Trenton McKinney of White Oak and Tristan McKinney of White Oak; his foster son Randy; his siblings, Herbert McKinney Jr. (Kelli) of North Carolina, Shane McKinney of White Oak, Ginger McKinney of Kentucky, Sarah McKinney (Anthony) of Virginia and Karen Leighty (Robert) of Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Lilly of Beckley and Elizabeth Wyatt (Randy) of Coal City.
