He is survived by: his partner Lahoma Mullins; his daughters, Marie Ward of Michigan, April Browning (Stevie) of Chapmanville and Annetta Mullins of Chapmanville; his grandsons, Jaxson of Chapmanville, Levi of Chapmanville and Kashton Browning of Chapmanville; and his brother Ralph Adams (Karen) of Chapmanville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
