He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne Washburn of Oak Hill, Sarah Harvey (David) of Daniels and William Dale Lilly (Sherri) of Lewisburg; his half-sister Margaret Lilly of Beckley; his uncle Granville Bragg of Irish Mountain; and his nieces and nephews, Elisabeth Hess (Tom), Zach Washburn, Priscilla Griffith (Matt), Justin Scarafino (Melissa), David Harvey Jr. (Annalee), Kelli Lilly, William Lilly II, Lisa Lilly, Ronnie Lilly and Kenny Lilly. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
