She is survived by: her husband Donald Eugene Howerton of White Oak; her sons, Derek Phillips of Coalwood and Donald Collins (Tonya) of Princeton; her siblings, Bobby Crabtree of Athens, Kathy Dillon (Michael) of Princeton, Patty England (Walton) of Princeton, Betty Davis of Beaver, Ann Phillips of Athens and Bill Phillips of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Harley Collins, Charity Collins, Christian Collins, Xander Phillips and C. J. Phillips.
