He is survived by: his wife Dianna Hazlett (Rine) of Bessemer; his daughters, Kimberly Riggle (Paul) of Dallas Pike, WV and Lori Devenyns of Bessemer; his brother Jerry Hazlett (Roxanne) of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandson Carter Thomas Devenyns of Bessemer.
