He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walton and Claire Walton (Shook); his daughter Stephanie Toland; and his sisters, Ina Hare and Mona Geimer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walton (Gramlich); his son Ryan Walton (Janna); his son-in-law Michael Toland; his grandchildren, Bria, Ella, Ian and Mason; and his brother Ron Walton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
