He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Criniti and Frank Criniti, Sr.; and his brother Frank Criniti, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Burnett Criniti; his children, Jen Komorowski (Brian), Stephen Criniti (Mary Beth) and Amy Phillips (Mark); his grandchildren, Andrew, Thomas, Meredith Komorowski, Matthew Criniti and Benjamin Phillips; and his brother Michael Criniti (Debbie).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Wheeling Central Catholic High School (75 14th Street; Wheeling, WV 26003).
