It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Michael Criniti of Wheeling, West Virginia, born in Montgomery, West Virginia, who passed away on June 26, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Criniti and Frank Criniti, Sr.; and his brother Frank Criniti, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Burnett Criniti; his children, Jen Komorowski (Brian), Stephen Criniti (Mary Beth) and Amy Phillips (Mark); his grandchildren, Andrew, Thomas, Meredith Komorowski, Matthew Criniti and Benjamin Phillips; and his brother Michael Criniti (Debbie).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Wheeling Central Catholic High School (75 14th Street; Wheeling, WV 26003).
