She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Felton and Mary L. Mercer Felton; her husbands, Gerald Frederick Richard and Ira Perrine; and her siblings, Forrest "Bill" Felton, Mildred Yost Lightner, Gertrude Leasure, Carol Loy, Lenora Gilmore, Goldie Ellen, Iva Clark and Kay Lightner.
She is survived by: her significant other John "Boo" Wells; and her children, Sharon Richard of Wheeling, Gerald F. Richard (Debbie) of Reader, WV, Barbara Dalton (Johnny) of Floyd, VA, Lisa Dowell of Kansas City, MO and David Whipkey (DeAnna) of Gassaway, WV.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
