She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Alfreda "Doll" Jenkins and Jerry Norris Dowd; and her brother Jerry Norris Dowd, Jr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Lisa Jenkins-Fain of Tampa, FL, Tracy Jenkins (Wheeling), Ta'Tionna Jones, Ky'aire Howard and Ah'Zaria Liddell.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (105 12th St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1526 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
