He is survived by: his wife Betty Kilgore; his children, Pennie Foster-Fishman (Peter), Susan Dawson (Doug), Scot Foster (Cindy) and John Foster (Lee); his grandchildren, Aiden, Emily, Evan, Oakley, Alyssa, Lucas, Sydney and Faye; and his sisters, Mary Roscoe, Joan Reischman and Eileen Haught.
