He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Prohaska and Wilma A. Prohaska (Kopyar); and his brother-in-law Gary L. Funk. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Funk and Judith Coleman (Harry); and his nephews, Michael Funk, Thomas Funk and Gary Funk, Jr.. He is also survived by his pet dogs.
