She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Hackenberg and Mary Leona Hackenberg (Neidert); and her brother Bernie Hackenberg. She is survived by: her son Dan Henthorne (Heather) of Wheeling, WV; her siblings, Errol, Dave Hackenberg and Marlene Moss; and her grandchildren, Jonah (Sydney) and Molly.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1685 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
