He was predeceased by: his parent Robert McDade; and his grandparents, Arnold, Ruth Tyler (Burley), Jacob and Anna McDade.
He is survived by: his parent Rosalie McDade (Tyler); his siblings, Renee Carpenter (Jeff) of Morgantown, WV and Robert "Dino" McDade (Gloria Visnick) of Wheeling; his aunt June Tyler; and his uncle Richard Tyler (Carole). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
