He was predeceased by: his parents, George Louk and Delcia Louk (Baughman); his wife Barbara Louk; his sons, Jeff and Rob Louk; and his siblings, Nancy Barr, Russell, Chuck, Virgil, Donald, Gary and Bryant Louk.
He is survived by: his children, Kellie Louk of Columbus, OH and Rick Louk of Worthington, OH; his grandchildren, Nicholas Tipton, Jessica, Luke and Tyler Louk; his nephew Jason Louk of Coatesville, IN; and his brother Robert Louk (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
