It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Fonner (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen L. DeBolt Sr. and Clara V. Sorgey DeBolt; her son Samuel Michael McGee; and her siblings, Glen L. DeBolt Jr. and Sara J. Richards.
She is survived by: her husband George E. Fonner III of Wheeling; her children, James T. "Tyke" McGee (Diana) of Bradenton, Fla., Kim S. Breiding (Bernie) of Wheeling, Jeffrey A. McGee (Paula) of Short Creek, W. V and Kevin McGee (Cindy) of West Liberty, W. V; her sister Rosemary Eddy (Bob) of Ohio; her brother-in-law Bill Richards of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Joshua, Megan, Kayla, Allen, Sadie Jo, Dylan, Tyler, Kelsie, Nathan, Shane and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Braydn, Lexi, Junior, Boone, Wade, Lincoln, Kase, Regina, Adrie, Abbigail and Gabriel.
