He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Naegele, Sr. and Blanche T. Naegele (Stenger). He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Naegele (Betty) of Wheeling, WV, Father Gary Naegele of Morgantown, WV and Lisa Naegele (Bill Sisson) of Proctor, WV; his nieces and nephews, Dawn Renshaw, Nicole Naegele, Steven Naegele (Heather) and Aaron Naegele (Jessica); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katrina Naegele, Amelia, Addie Sisson, Jacob Sisson and Nolan Naegele; and his friends, Karyl, Chris Perko, Bonna Reed, Chuck and Ela Tinkham.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A vigil service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (2244 Marshall Ave, Wheeling, WV 26003).
