He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chacalos and Hattie Chacalos (Reed); and his brothers, George M. Chacalos and Robert Chacalos. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Chacalos (Bosley); his son Manny Chacalos of Wheeling; his sister Karen Haloszka (Chacalos) of Wheeling; and his pets, Max and Sam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
