Though Mary Elizabeth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Leasure and Iva McDougal Leasure Spencer; her husband Jackson Keith Henthorn; her stepfather Edwin Dorwin Spencer; and her sister Ida Ann McDougal Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Wolfe (Eric) and Teresa Lewis (Woody); her grandchildren, Jaclin Wolfe, Hunter Wolfe and Dylan Tippins; and her close friend Mary Haynes.
