She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Felix and Lily Mae Felix (McIntire); her husband Anthony J. Chiazza; her siblings, Theodore "Trat" Felix, Manuel "Noel" Felix, George Felix, Christina Felix Webb and Anna Felix Rosemeier; and her son-in-law Patrick Clutter.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Chiazza (Jackie) of Wheeling, Maryann Kuhl of Wheeling and Angie Clutter of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Lisa Mullin (Marcus), Crissy Clutter (Logen Kanngiesser), Kelly Clutter, Tony Chiazza (Lydia) and Patrick Clutter; her great grandchildren, Grady, Owen and Lillian Mullin; and her grandchildren, Hudson Ager, Carmella Chiazza and Sophia Kanngiesser. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
