She was predeceased by: her brothers, Mark and Jeffrey Turkoly; and her parents, Katherine "Katie" Turkoly and Mele Turkoly. She is survived by: her husband John Tokarz; her children, Timothy Tokarz and Heather Tokarz-Szabo; and her grandchildren, Cole and Claire Szabo.
