She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mitchell Sr. and Nancy Williams Mitchell. She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Davis (Brandon) of Wheeling, WV and Isabella Shaffer of Huntington, WV; and her grandson Damian.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Community of Christ Church of Wellsburg, WV (84 26th St, Wellsburg, WV 26070).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to offset funeral expenses.
