She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Ray Cook and Joyce Cook (Young). She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Judy) and John Roxby; her grandsons, Joe, David Roxby (Tiffany) and Jim Fisher (Alexis); and her brother-in-law John Roxby (Barbara).
