It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Francis Baller Sr. (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Joseph and Mary Joan Baller (O'Neill); his parents-in-law, Charles and Eileen Riggle; and his sister-in-law Barbara Baller.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Baller (Riggle); his siblings, Carl Baller, Jr., Peggy Baller-Everly (Chuck), Mary Ellen Bliss (Chuck), Geralyn Hemmann (John), David Baller (Kim), Patrick Baller (Pam) and Lennie Riggle; his sister-in-law Becky Riggle; his children, Aimee Jones (Tim), Mary Cox (Demetrius King), Jimmy Baller, Jr. (Shannon) and Emily Baller; his grandchildren, Dhira, Ryley (Abbey), Keondré, Gabe, Ryen, Ryder, KeAsia, Laiken, Evan, MaKenna, Jaylynn and Taetym; and his great grandchild Jovie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
