Pack, Jr.; his brother-in-law David Merryman; his wife Janet Jaquay (Pack) of Wheeling, WV; his mother-in-law Joan Pack; and his sons, Todd (Allison) of Wheeling, Brian (Jamie) of Dallas Pike and Ty (Lindsey) of Morgantown, WV..
He is survived by: his siblings, Gertrude Merryman of Columbus, OH, George Jaquay of Warrenton, VA and Joyce Perry of Charleston, WV.; his grandchildren, Gage, Lea, George, Michael, Oliver, Amelia, Shayne, Landon, Stryker, Tilly and Kaiya; his great grandchildren, Zyair, Jack, Emmett, Everly Ann and Myles; and his pets, Yukon, Simba and Butterbean.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A vigil service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (2244 Marshall Ave, Wheeling, WV 26003). A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens (4987 Fairmont Pike Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
