With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Munson of Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Munson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Munson; her children, Roger Munson, Margaret Hall and Vicki DeRouanna; and her siblings, Janie, Shirley Nash, Chuck Nash and George Nash.
She is survived by: her son Richard "Rick" Munson (Pat) of Friendly, WV; and her brothers, Ron Nash and David Nash. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Myers Funeral Home (600 Main St, Sistersville, WV 26175). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
She was born September 23, 1929, in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Monroe Nash and Leda Mabel Catlett Nash Evelyn was the House Mother for the Devereux Foundation.
