She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob "Jack" Jochum, Sr. and Evelyn Tralka Jochum; her brother Jacob "Jack" Jochum, Jr.; and her goddaughter Evelyn Rose "Eva" Miller. She is survived by: her aunt Elizabeth Ellen "Beth" Jochum; her sisters, Deborah McWhorter (Lee), Beckie West (David) and Patti Miller (Todd); her sister-in-law Karen Jochum; her nieces, Ellen McWhorter (Joan), Jacqulyn Obara (David), Kristen West and Gera Jochum; her godchildren, Maria Miller and Matt Miller (Liza); her great-nieces, Emily Obara, Julia Obara and Stella Rounsley; her great-nephew Joseph Obara; her godsons, Matthew Miller and Miles Miller; and her brother-in-law Todd. She is also survived by married, Beth's role as a second mother and godmother to her nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (1400 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 12:05 PM to 1:05 PM at the Cathedral of St. Joseph (1300 Eoff St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mt Calvary Cemetery (1685 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
