She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Surratt and Elva Surratt (Robson); her husband Harold T. Moses; and her siblings, Erma Haught, Mary Andrews, Ruth Cenkus and Roy Surratt.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Jane Link (Rick), Deborah Roxby (Donald Clark), Robert Moses (Kim) and Michele Stanley (Michael); and her sisters, Martha Surratt, Madelyn Burton, Carolyn Mamula and Maxine Price. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
