As Diana departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Diana may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Diana leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Houser and Madelyn Houser (Heim); and her close friend Kenneth McCardle. She is survived by: her children, Jason Milton (Renae) of Wheeling, Jennifer Milton-Smith (David) of Wellsburg and Jessica Reed of Wheeling; and her brother Mark Houser of Wheeling. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery Chapel (1526 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
