He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera West (Flading) and Harold West; and his grandparents, Nettie, Edward Flading, Minnie and Charles West.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sally Jochum (Bruce) of Wheeling, WV, Janet Sheets (Steve) of Orlando, FL and Chris West of Pine Grove, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
