He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eugene Burkhart and Georgia Hall (Coffman); and his siblings, Richard Burkhart and Debra Braun. He is survived by: his wife Carol Burkhart (Arthur); and his sister Lona Charley (Bill Vance). He is also survived by his family, friends.
