We bid farewell to Charlotte Kammer (Wheeling, West Virginia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 13, 2025 at the age of 66. Charlotte touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin VanSickle and Dorothy VanSickle; her son Jonathan Kammer; and her boyfriend Todd Mortimer. She is survived by: her daughters, Roxanna Leech, Nicole Kammer (Jordan Monahan) and Cecilia Kammer; her siblings, Franklin VanSickle, Jr. and Cindy Mucheck (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jake, Morgan, Max, Hayden, Laken, Ella and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003).
