Charles Means Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2024, at the age of 73, Charles Means Jr. (Wheeling, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Means, and Sarah K. Means, Sr. (Smith); and his brother Robert E. Means. He is survived by: his sister Crystal Lee Huff; his close friends, Edward H. Stein and Major David Botizan; and his pet Oswald. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces; and two great nephews.
