She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Madl and Agnes E. Madl (Kemna); her brother Donald Madl; her sister-in-law Patricia Madl; and her great-aunts, Mary Jepson and Ann Schlupe (Robert).
She is survived by: her son David J. Burkle (Judy) of Roanoke, VA; her siblings, Jim Madl (Dottie) of Columbus, OH and Patricia Wagner (Charles) of Wheeling, WV; her grandchildren, Laura and Jack Burkle; and her niece Charlene Kirkpatrick.
