She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Dean and Margaret J. Dean (Long); and her brother James A. Dean. She is survived by: her husband Dale E. Kurner; her sons, Michael D. Kurner (Kristen Wheeler) of Mingo Junction, OH and Doug Kurner (Freya Pierce) of Wheeling, WV; and her grandchildren, Brody and Harper Kurner.
